Anyone in the country is welcome to have a document notarized at my Maryland site. Please remember that nursing home, hospital, and house calls by me can be in the state of Maryland only. I am not permitted to cross over the Maryland state line. A notary may perform notarial acts in any County of the State in which the notary is commissioned. A notary can notarize documents from another State as long as the document is notarized in the State that the notary is commissioned.
